Livenote testimony of a forensic pathologist in a shaken baby trial. Yeah, they hide the damage they do to "trick" the other side. And this is the state of the criminal justice system today!! Coz I have never ever come across, in any trial, the admission from the Forensic Pathologists that they omitted the evidence of the injuries they caused! 

20   Q.  And I'm not going to ask you any other detail about it

          21       other than did you agree to omit from the report that

          22       the occipital bone had been fractured by Dr XXXXX

          23       at post-mortem examination?

          24   A.  Well, we didn't actually specifically say we would omit

          25       it, but it wasn't put in; I accept that.

           2   A.  Some pathologists do, some don't.  Some use it as

           3       a trick to catch out defence experts.  But we didn't put

           4       it in.
