As previously highlighted on this blog, a terrible miscarriage of justice in which the ultimate penalty is somebody's life. If this blog has done nothing else, it should at least have prompted some thought into what constitutes an ineffective criminal justice system.

The prosecution in this country rely on confession evidence from the USA, the death penalty is one hell of a persuader when it comes to copping a plea when you're innocent. Here they use the phrase "life imprisonment for murder" as the coerce!

Please watch this documentary and understand that what you see is replicated in courts across the world.

Sign the petition. State Homicide is what goes down on the death certificate of anyone executed in the USA and that is exactly what it is, murder by the state ..... and this is progress??

Write to your MP and ask them why the British Government are allowing this!
